Run the survey in your own branded workspace
Each organization gets a private workspace with its own colors, slogan and sign-up links. Staff take the survey there; only your approved managers see the results.
Getting started
Create your account
Name your organization, choose a workspace ID, and set your brand colors and slogan. You become its administrator.
Add your teams
List the units or services staff belong to, such as an inpatient unit or outpatient clinic.
Invite staff
Share your workspace link and employee code. Staff create their own accounts and pick their team.
Approve managers
Managers join with a separate manager code. They can see results only after you approve them.
Read the results
Once five or more people respond, managers see the dashboard and raw data for that cycle.
Who can do what
| Account | How they join | Take the survey | See dashboard and raw data | Manage settings |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Employee | Workspace link and employee code | Yes, once per cycle | No | No |
| Manager | Workspace link and manager code, then administrator approval | Yes, once per cycle | Yes | No |
| Administrator | Creates the organization, or is promoted by another administrator | Yes, once per cycle | Yes | Branding, codes, teams, people, survey cycles |
What managers get
- Dashboard
- Coherence Level and band, change since the last cycle, all seven dimension scores, a trend across cycles, a team-by-dimension view, and the Alignment Gap between staff and leaders.
- Interpretation
- Automatic readings based on the v1.2 rules, each linked to a manager playbook response.
- Raw data
- Every response as a row: all 21 answers, the seven dimension scores and the Coherence Level, with a response-quality marker. Download as CSV for your own analysis.
- Survey cycles
- Administrators open and close cycles (for example, monthly or quarterly). Each person can respond once per cycle.
Privacy protections
Applied automatically in every workspace.
- Answers are stored without names
- The platform records that a person took part in a cycle, to prevent duplicates and show the response rate, but answers are stored separately with a random ID.
- Nothing under five
- A cycle shows no results until five people have responded. Teams and role levels with fewer than five are combined, and raw data labels are combined or withheld so every label covers at least five responses.
- Your data stays in your workspace
- Managers only ever see their own organization's data. No other organization, and no employee, can see it.
Set up your organization
It takes about five minutes. You can change your colors and slogan at any time.
